Who’s On Your Crew?

Getting to Know Your Inner Crews
You Did Something Important. You Just Paused to Look Within.
There is a whole world inside you — a living inner system made up of emotions, instincts, beliefs, memories, and protective strategies that learned, over time, how to help you survive, belong, and stay safe.
Today, you paused long enough to notice that world. That is not small. It takes honesty to look inward. And honesty takes courage.
Nothing you named would be considered a flaw.
Your Crews are not diagnoses. They are not fixed personality types. They are not evidence that something is wrong with you.
They are intelligent, adaptive protective patterns your system developed in response to real experiences and real emotional environments. Understanding them is not about eliminating parts or fixing yourself.
It is the beginning of restoring leadership to your Authentic Self.
What Happens Next
I personally review every assessment.
Your responses aren’t processed by an algorithm or auto-generated template. I read them carefully and prepare a thoughtful, detailed narrative report for you.
You’ll receive your report by email within 2–3 days.
Please watch your inbox for a message from @heartrich.ca.
(If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.)
Your report will help you understand:
- Which Crews tend to take the helm when your system feels unsafe
- What kinds of issues or experiences they are organized around
- Where tension or conflict may exist between parts of you
- Your current level of Self Leadership, and;
- What you can start nurturing to building Self Leadership
This isn’t about labeling you. It’s about helping you make sense of your inner experience — so you can understand yourself more deeply, and lead yourself more wisely.
In the Meantime
Between now and when your report arrives, you might gently reflect:
- Which types of questions were relatively easy to answer? Which were harder?
- What kind of thoughts are you having now?
- What parts do you think will show up in your report?
You don’t need to analyze or solve anything.
Just notice.
Awareness is the beginning of Self Leadership.
Explore Further
In a few days, I will send you a free, comprehensive guide, called Getting to Know Your Inner Crews. It’s a detailed guide to understanding how protective Crews form — and how Self begins to lead again. It’s based on the framework in my book, How to Talk Amongst Your Selves: A Beginner’s Guide to Self Leadership.
Go Deeper
If this framework already resonates and you want more structure:
Learn about How to Talk Amongst Your Selves
A two-part guide and workbook designed to help you understand the competing voices within your Inner Crews, not by silencing, taming, or defeating them, but by learning how to listen, understand, and speak with them in a new way.
Work Together
If something in the assessment stirred curiosity — or if you already sense that something needs to shift — we can explore that together.
👉 Book an Inner Crews Exploration Session
These sessions are thoughtful, steady conversations. We’ll talk about what surfaced in your assessment, what patterns are most active, and whether working together would support the kind of growth you’re seeking.
No fixing. No diagnosing. Just clarity, pattern awareness, and strengthening your capacity for Self Leadership.
You’ve already taken a meaningful first step.
For today, that is enough.
I look forward to reviewing your responses and getting in touch with you.
